Okay, so at the age of about 13, I was practicing making energy balls almost daily. Well, one night, I decided to pull an all-nighter. I stayed up all night, drawing in energy, and then putting into energy balls. I had school the next day, but I didn't care. I was obsessed with this ability. I would even make them in school, careful to do it in a way that didn't draw attention. I was getting so used to this ability, that I could form a pretty strong psi ball within 15-20 seconds. My energy responded immediately to my command.
Anyway, that night, I was trying different techs that I found online as well. I had even recorded a few times, but I didn't ever upload them (wish I would've kept em'). It was about 5 a.m. and I had just finished charging my energy. I sat down in my living room and put my hands in the familiar form, and started forming the energy ball. Within seconds, it started to become dense. Normally, I didn't open my eyes while making an energy ball unless it was for visualization purposes. Anyway, I opened my eyes and started watching the area in between my hands. I was looking for anything; distortion, color, or even just little bits of energy flying around. Initially, all I saw was a small amount of distortion. I thought to myself, "I wonder how much energy it would take to make this thing visible, even for a second." So, I proceeded to blast it with energy, while keeping the intent of the energy to go to the already formed energy ball. I was also giving energy the intention to remain in the ball and not to dissipate until I gave it the command to.
This energy ball was repelling my hands pretty hard, so I started visualizing the energy swirling around very very fast. I had my eyes open the whole time. In my head I told it to become visible and to spark into color. What I actually saw with my physical eyes has stuck with me to this day, and is the main reason I have returned to psionics. All of a sudden, a few red sparks manifested in between my hands. I couldn't believe it! Sadly, I got to excited, and my concentration strained just enough to lose the visibility. It was probably one of the best results I've ever gotten with a psi ball. After I lost the visibility of it, I told it to go to someone in need and to help replenish their energy. I kept feeding this ball more of my energy, and I let it go. While still thinking about it, about a minute later, I got a push in my gut. I am assuming this was some sense telling me the energy went to somebody in need.
