A little bit of background information on what got me into psionics.

Hello, my name is Mark. Well, actually it is Mark-Allen(all one name), but I have found it easier to be called "Mark".

Anyway, enough of that. I was born on March 17th, 1995, in a town called Plano, Texas. My parents soon moved us to another town, Wichita Falls, due to family residing there. My parents were both borderline poor at the time, so I grew up in a poor household. Growing up, I was always a bit different than the other kids. I noticed small details about everything, while most seemed not to care about these things. I was of above average intelligence for my age. I remember when I was very young, my parents started to fight a lot. I could literally feel the negative energy stirring around the house, though I didn't know what the feeling was at the time. I just remember every time they would raise their voices, I could feel tingling(the same as when you move energy for the first time, on purpose) all across my body. Sometimes, their fighting would become physical. I remember one particular time, they were fighting for hours, and at one point, one of our pictures levitated off of the shelf, and crashed to the floor. Whether this was due to an entity, or just the massive amounts of negative energy traveling through the house, I don't know. But at that precise moment, I became interested in the paranormal. I knew this occurrence was not due to wind, or vibrations. I had the feeling that this was out of the ordinary.

Anyway, fast forward to about the age of 11. My parents had split up long before this age. It was just my father, my brother, and I living together. I stumbled upon "Ki" energy while I was looking into energy in general. At first, I thought it was all based off of the popular show "Dragonball Z"(a show that I kept up with), and that it was fake(I started out as a total skeptic). But as I delved further into this talk of "ki", I found that it was around long before Dragonball Z was even written. This fact started to make me very curious.

Browsing around on the various websites, I found some of the starter techniques. "Ki breathing", "Grounding", and "Basic Ki Ball', and decided to try them. The results totally convinced me that what I was doing was, in fact, real. Making my first ki ball, I noticed the tingling sensation would go wherever the energy was in my visualization, if I took it slow enough. So, I directed the energy to my hands, and once I felt the tingling in my hands was strong enough, I pulled it out into the air between my palms. I remember feeling the two streams of energy connecting and starting a "pool" if you will. I was so excited, I started pushing as much energy as I could into this ball. Obviously, I didn't get very far, as this was my first try, but that was what got me into EM to begin with.

I had to ride the bus to school every morning, so I would practice ki balls while riding the bus to school. I could feel them getting stronger each time, and each time I did the technique, I noticed it was taking less time to form a noticeable ki ball. This went on for two years or so(keep in mind, real energy techniques were few and far between at this time, most stuff on the internet was fluff, and I knew that).

So that is just a little bit of background info on my early childhood.
